Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 11 March, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev departed for France on a state visit at the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron.

During his stay in Paris, high-level talks are planned at the Élysée Palace, along with meetings with official representatives and the leadership of leading French companies.

The two sides will discuss key issues related to further strengthening and developing Uzbek-French cooperation in various fields.

As a result of the visit, a series of interstate, intergovernmental, and interagency agreements aimed at expanding bilateral collaboration is expected to be signed.
