Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has arrived in Kazan for a working visit.

He was greeted at the airport by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, and other official representatives.

Today, the President of Uzbekistan will hold several bilateral meetings and participate in the ceremonial events of the BRICS summit.

Tomorrow, the main session of the summit will take place in the "BRICS Plus" format.
