Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution “On approval of an international treaty.”
By resolution, the head of Uzbekistan approved a protocol on introducing amendments and additions to the agreement between the governments of Uzbekistan and the French Republic “On the establishment and organization of activities of the French Development Agency and PROPARCO in the Republic of Uzbekistan.”
The agreement was signed on 8 December 2016 in the city of Hamburg. The protocol to the document was signed on 2 November 2023 in the city of Samarkand.
The Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade has been appointed as the authorized body responsible for the implementation of this international agreement.
After the entry into force of this international treaty, the Cabinet of Ministers and the heads of the relevant ministries and departments, in the prescribed manner, exercise control over the implementation of its provisions.
