Within the visit, the delegation held a meeting with the chairperson of Uzbektourism Farruh Rizzaev. The sides considered issues related to development of tourism in Uzbekistan and training specialists for the sector, as well as attraction of Swiss specialists to holding seminars and training in Uzbekistan.

Representatives of AlpineCentre expressed interest in establishing of cooperation with Uzbekistan in this area.

The Swiss delegation also visited Republican Scientific Educational-Consulting Center under Uzbektourism and familiarized with its activities to establish cooperation.

The sides also considered issues of organizing online distance courses with the Swiss Business School on English language.

The sides reached agreement to continue discussions on considered issues.
