The resolution introduced system of category decision of district (city) departments of officer of the court.

In particular, city and district departments of the court officers were divided into three categories based on difficulty, volume and effectiveness of executed works.

The departments, which execute in average 15,000 cases a year and serve population of over 250,000 persons, were included to category one.

The second category will include departments, which processes 8,000 cases a year and serve population from 100,000 to 250,000 persons. All other departments will be in category three. The document approved list of categorized departments of court officers.

The president also re-distributed number of employees of departments of court officers. Officers of departments with low level of cases will be transferred to other establishments with higher load.

Some 28 posts, which duplicate other posts, will be abolished and new posts of clerk and registrar will be introduced.

The document said that the departments should wide use ICT and information exchange will be created with other state bodies.
