Shavkat Mirziyoyev to visit Kyrgyzstan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will arrive in Kyrgyzstan on 9 December. This was announced at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh Committee on International Affairs, Defense, Security and Migration by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Aibek Artykbaev.

According to him, during the visit, the heads of the two states will sign a number of documents, including on the procedure for simplifying the crossing of the state border.

“The exchange of instruments of ratification along the Kyrgyz-Uzbek border is also expected,” he said.

On 9 December, Bishkek will host the final meeting of the heads of state of the EAEU.
