Beeline call-center serves over 33m calls

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Single communication operator Beeline (Unitel and Buzton) said its call center served over 33 million calls in five months of 2009, the release of the company said.
The center’s employees answered over 8 million calls, which is up 44.4% year-on-year. The company said its IVR system allowed to process 75% of subscribers requests, the release reads.
Oxana Modelova, head of Customer Service Department, said the company tries to be close to customers. She said over 400 call-center employees serve the needs of the subscribers.
