The decision of accreditation of the international observers was adopted at the session of CEC on 17 November.

The session was attended by members of territorial election commissions, political parties, OSCE ODIHR mission and mass media.

CEC adopted a resolution on accreditation of the international observers from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), World Association of Election Bodies and Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

During the session, the participants considered other issues, related to jurisdiction of CEC and adopted corresponding resolutions.
