Credit Standard Bank to issue shares for 12.672bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Open joint stock commercial bank Credit Standard will raise its charter capital by 12.672 billion soums.
Shareholders of the company adopted decision to issue 24,000 ordinary shares and 11,200 preferential shares with par value of 360,000 soums each.
Total volume of ordinary shares at nominal value makes up 8.64 billion soums and preferential shares – 4.032 billion soums.
The bank said that the part of shares will be placed due to part of undistributed income at the volume of 8.64 billion soums.
The shares will be placed on close subscription among shareholders proportionally their shares in the authorized capital of the Credit Standard Bank.
Open Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Credit-Standard" was founded on 16 August 2003. Assets of the bank made up 259.1 billion soums as of 1 April 2010. The equity capital was 35.4 billion soums.
