Police detain five persons for robbery

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Unknown persons carried out robber in Yangiyer city of Syrdarya region on 23 July 2017. They stole 350 million soums and attempted to escape.

But brother of the victim noticed the robbers and attempted to stop them, but they beat him. They also took 35.5 million soums from the bag of the man and fled the scene.

In fact, a criminal case was opened. In the result, the police detained five persons. The investigation is underway.
