Person detained with gold at Tashkent Airport
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Customs officers of Islam Karimov Tashkent International Airport detained a person, who was attempting to smuggle gold from the country.
The person was flying from Tashkent to Delhi. The person hid gold in his shoes and belt.
The weight of the gold is 200 grams and its cost is 59 million soums.
The customs investigation is underway.
