Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree on raising pensions from 1 April and salaries for state employees and the base settlement value from 1 May. The increase will average 7%.

The basic amount of pension calculation will be 347,000 soums (now - 324,000), the minimum size of the old-age pension will be 677,000 soums (633,000  soums), the minimum amount of disability pensions, including disability pensions for incomplete work experience (as well as the amount of benefits on disability, paid to disabled citizens, and benefits to persons with disabilities since childhood) – 747,000 soums (698,000 soums).

The minimum wage is raised to 980,000 soums per month (now - 920,000 soums).

The base estimated value will be 330,000 soums (now - 300,000 soums).
