Amendments were introduced with the resolution of Minister of Finance, Ministry of Interior Affairs, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Emergency Situation, Service of National Security and State Customs Committee.

According to Norma.uz, the regulation is harmonized with the norms of the presidential decree No 4589 from 26 December 2013.

In line with the presidential decree, from 1 January 2014, the pensioners, who work in line with civil-legal agreement and receive income (royalties, awards, etc) at the size lower than pension on age, they will receive full size of the pension.

The pension size in Uzbekistan set at 187,970 soums a month from 15 December 2013, which was set by the presidential decree “On increasing the sizes of salaries, pensions, stipends and social allowances” from 2 December 2013.

The norms, introduced by the presidential decree, now are reflected in the regulation.
