Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 28 October 2024, a meeting took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan between Deputy Minister I. Khaidarov and the head of the Mongolia-Uzbekistan Friendship Interparliamentary Group, S. Erdenebat, along with Mongolian observers.
The meeting reaffirmed the close friendly relations between the two countries and emphasized the importance of strengthening bilateral cooperation.
S. Erdenebat highly praised the level of election preparations in Uzbekistan, confirming their compliance with international democratic standards.
The parties discussed the current state of bilateral cooperation and new promising areas for its development. Particular attention was given to enhancing partnerships in livestock farming and ICT, as well as exporting Uzbek textile products to Mongolia.
