Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered prospectus of emission of the bank on 24 November 2010.

In line with the document, Orient Finans will issue 11,480 ordinary shares with par value of 1 million soums each. Total volume of emission on par value makes up 11.48 billion soums, the prospectus of emission said.

The bank said that the shares within the emission will be placed through close subscription among the founders.

The shares of the emission will be placed within a year from the registration day. The bank plans to complete placement by 18 June 2011.

As earlier reported, Central Bank of Uzbekistan registered Orient Finans in June 2010 and issued a corresponding license to the bank.

The announced charter capital of the bank makes up 11.48 billion soums, of which 80% belongs to individuals.

Priority directions of Orient Finans activities are to assist to deepen social-economic reforms, finance small and private business, as well as stimulate new class of owners in Uzbekistan.
