According to the decision of the shareholders, the bank will direct 1.722 billion soums of net income for 2011 and nine months of 2011 to increase charter capital.

The bank said that it will increase nominal value of shares from 1 million soums to 1.15 million soums. In the result, the charter capital of Orient Finans Bank will grow from 11.48 billion soums to 13.202 billion soums.

Shareholders also directed 1.466 billion soums for formation of reserve fund. They also kept 1.309 billion soums of net income for increasing charter capital. At the same time, it added that the issue of raising of charter capital will be considered in the next meeting of shareholders.
