Orient Finans Bank to increase charter capital to 13.202 bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Orient Finans private closed joint stock commercial bank will direct part of net income for 2010 and nine months of 2011 to increase charter capital of the bank.

The shareholders of the company directed 4.296 million soums of net income for 2010 to formation of reserve fund (6.52%) and 61.6 million soums to capitalization into charter capital through increasing par value of shares (93.48%).

Orient Finans Bank received net income at the size of 1.792 billion soums and shareholders directed 1.66 billion soums to increase charter capital.

The bank said that the par value of shares will be increased from 1 million soums to 1.15 million soums. The charter capital will grow from 11.48 billion soums to 13.202 billion soums. The charter capital comprises of 11,480 ordinary shares.

Central Bank of Uzbekistan registered Orient Finans in June 2010 and issued a corresponding license. The announced charter capital of the bank makes up 11.48 billion soums, of which 80% belongs to individuals.

Priority directions of Orient Finans activities are to assist to deepen social-economic reforms, finance small and private business, as well as stimulate new class of owners in Uzbekistan.
