Orient Finans Bank to direct 1.609bn soums to payment of interim dividends

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Private closed joint stock commercial bank “Orient Finans” will direct over 1.609 billion soums to payment of interim dividends for the first half of 2014.

The shareholders of the bank allocated 557.981 million soums to fulfill reserve fund.

The shareholders kept other party of net income of the bank in the first half of 2014 as undistributed.

According to Orient Finans Bank, the sum of the dividend makes up 91,510 soums per share.
