Technologies 03/11/2008 Open Technologies opens offices in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Russian system integrator Open Technologies opened its offices in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, the company said in a statement on Friday, 31 October.

The decision on the opening of the offices was adopted in connection of active development of information-communication technologies (ICT) in these two states. Informatization of population and state bodies is underway. Communication and broadband internet are developing fast.

Office of Open Technologies will provide wide-scale services in these two Central Asian countries at the assistance of headquarters in Moscow, the company’s statement said. It said Central Asian offices started actively working in local markets. Among first clients are Kazakhtelecom, Narodniy Bank Kazakhstana (People’s Bank of Kazakhstan), Vimpelcom (Beeline brand), Uzdunrobita (MTS-Uzbekistan brand), Super iMax (EVO brand) and others.

Andrey Maximov and Azlarbek Yahyahev will head offices in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan respectively.

Artur Antoshkin, director of CIS business development department, said: "Our company can offer competitive and effective solutions for our clients despite Open Technologies is not the first system integrator in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. We have firm market strategy and support of headquarters. All of these should help to achieve our goals."
