Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Oksana Chusovitina, a representative of Uzbekistan, won gold at the FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Cup in Baku in the vault with a score of 13.266 points.

The silver medal went to Cenga Maria Bačkai (Hungary), who received 13.266 points from the judges, the bronze went to Teja Belak (Slovenia), her result was 12.933 points.

It should be noted that from 31 March to 3 April, another prestigious competition - the FIG World Cup in men’s and women’s gymnastics - is being held at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku. 145 gymnasts from 34 countries of the world participate in the competition.

In the first two days of the four-day World Cup competitions in Baku, qualifying stages were held, and in the remaining days, finals are held, following which the winners and prize-winners of the Cup will be determined. The gymnasts with the highest score will also be awarded the traditional AGF Trophy.

After three stages of the World Cup held in 2022 in this gymnastic discipline in different countries, the competitions in Baku are considered the final stage. Thus, according to the results of the three best results shown in four competitions, the gymnasts will be awarded the FIG Cup in individual events.
