At the same time, the rules governing the relationship between the bank and the client are fully enshrined in the Law “On Payments and Payment Systems”.
These rules define the information security standards of non-bank payment systems, the requirements are detailed in Chapter 4 (Regulation of Payment Systems and the Payment Services Market) and Chapter 11 (Securing Information and Security in the Payment System) of the Law on Payments and Payment Systems. The decision to repeal this regulatory act was agreed with the relevant ministries and departments.
