Number of registered domain names in national zone UZ reached 16,000, the Administration of domain zone said.
According to the administration, the growth of registered domains in UZ zone made up 214 units or 1.3%.
In past period of 2013, number of registered domains made up 727 units and number of deleted domains – 512 units.
The administration added that the first 10,000th domain was registered on 25 February 2010, 11,000th domain – on 14 December 2010 and 13,000th domain – 2 November 2011, 14,000th – in March 2012 and 15,000th in July 2012.
Arsenal-D (4,929), Tomas (4,105) and BILLUR COM (3,728) registered the largest number of domains. At the same time, legal entities registered 56% of domains and individuals – 46%.
