Number of MAN dustcarts in Tashkent to reach 150

An Uzbek-German joint venture JV MAN Auto-Uzbekistan started to produce dustcarts in October 2013.

The dustcarts are produced based on chassis of MANCLA16 220 trucks. Mahsustrans and private companies, which is engaged in garbage collection, are main buyers of the trucks.

The report said that each vehicle can transport up to 15 cubic meters of waste.

This year, JVMAN Auto-Uzbekistan is planning to launch pilot production of dustcarts with the capacity of up to 25 cubic meters of garbage, the report said. The vehicles will be based on chassisof MANTGS 26 360.
