Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In 2024, the number of beds in private hospitals in Uzbekistan has reached 35,900, according to the press service of the Statistics Agency.

The agency reports that over the past five years, the number of beds in private medical institutions has increased by 52%.

In 2019, private hospitals had 18,700 beds, and by 2023, this number had grown to 35,900.
