Nodirbek Abdusattorov becomes World Chess Champion

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Nodirbek Abdusattorov clinched the first place in the World Youth Chess Championships in the age of 8.

The World Youth Chess Championships was held in Maribor, Slovenia, from 7 to 19 November 2012. The championship was held among youth at the age between 8 and 18.

Nodirbek Abdusattorov claimed 10 points from possible 11 and won the tournament at the age category of 8.

Nodirbek Abdusattorov is also Asian Champion at the age category of 7. He won Asian Championship in Delhi (India).
