Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, on 5 April, from 12:30 to 13:00, there were short-term difficulties with connecting terminals to HUMO processing. The National Interbank Processing Center (NIPC) commented on the situation. By 13:00, this situation was resolved and all operations with HUMO cards resumed.
“However, after 15:00, cases of double debits from cards and debits in case of unsuccessful transactions were recorded in the system,” the message says.
Given this risk and in order to avoid a repetition of this situation, the National Interbank Processing Center decided to temporarily restrict terminals and payment applications until the causes of the failure are fully clarified and eliminated.
According to the NIPC, at present, the work of mobile applications has been partially restored, in the near future all other services will be available in full.
