According to the decision of the President of Belarus, Nikolai Klakevich has been appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Uzbekistan.
Nikolai Klakevich will replace at this post Igor Sokol, who is completing his mission in Uzbekistan. Sokol has been heading the diplomatic mission of Belarus in Uzbekistan since April 2008.
