Business-oriented changes with multidimensional market segmentation are realized with the purpose of increasing the efficiency of the company’s fulfillment of the tasks of the ubiquitous introduction of telecom-innovations, the company said.

Key personnel changes have affected the positions of directors in the areas. In comparison with the previous structure of the company, the new one includes positions of Director for work with operators and Director for interaction with state bodies.

Four new specialized centers have been created: the Corporate Management Center and the Retail Sales Management Center, the Personnel Management Center and the Procurement Management and Economic Support Center.

Within the framework of the general meeting of shareholders, it was noted that introduction of the new structure will allow most efficient organization of the company’s work, increase activity in certain segments of the market and optimize financing of promising directions and projects.

On 26 February at the general meeting of shareholders the Minister for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications Azim Ahmedkhadjayev presented the new General Director of the national telecom operator Farhod Roziyev.

On 2 April 2018, Shagen Grigoryan was appointed as the Financial Director of JSC "Uzbektelecom".

According to the new organizational structure, the following appointments have taken place:

Nazirjon Khazanov was appointed the director for interaction with state bodies. Dilshod Zufarov became the director on work with operators.

Hikmatullu Nasritdinhojaev became the commercial director of Uzbektelecom. Jahongir Aripov is the technical director of the company.

Yevgeny Marking was appointed director for future development and innovation.

The following appointments also occurred:

Abdigani Goibnazarov became the director of the mobile network operation center Uzmobile.

Shukhrat Karimov is now Director of the main network management and international switching center, Muhiddin Ibragimov - Director of the center "Infosystems".

Director of the Personnel Management Center will be headed by Lazizbek Mamatov, Director of the Center for Corporate Sales Management - Evgeniy Vishnevsky and the director of retail sales management center – Mansur Kuzkarov.
