New head of RATS SCO Executive Committee starts his work

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Representative of Tajikistan Jumahon Giyosov headed the Executive Committee of the Shanghai Regional Cooperation Organization (SCO) Regional Antiterrorist Structure from 1 January 2019.

In 2017–2018, he served as Deputy Director of the Executive Committee of the RATS SCO, and previously held senior positions in the State Committee for National Security and the Committee on Religious Affairs of Tajikistan.

In 2016–2018, the Director of the RATS SCO Executive Committee was the representative of the Russian Federation, Yevgeny Sysoyev.
