The sides discussed issues of current state of cooperation and ways of further its strengthening, the ministry’s press service said.
It was noted that it is important to implement achievements, reached at the Intergovernmental consultations on financial and technical cooperation.
The volume of attracted grants within technical assistance of the German Government makes up 58.4 million euros, used for financing projects on assisting to development of economy of the regions, small businesses and private entrepreneurship, professional education and training staff, healthcare, agriculture and others.
Currently, projects in healthcare, professional education are implemented within technical cooperation with Germany and some new bilateral and regional projects are under development.
The sides also considered perspective directions of interaction for implementation of joint economic and social projects.
