TeliaSonera said that the growth of net sales is connected with increase of subscribers’ number and revenue from mobile data transfer by 160%.

Subscribers’ base of Ucell made up 7.857 million as of 1 April 2012 against 7.344 million users in the same period of 2011. Number of pre-paid card users rose from 7.242 million in the first quarter of 2011 to 7.707 million in the same period of 2012.

According to the company, MOU (average monthly minutes of usage per subscriber) grew from 236 minutes per month in January-March 2011 to241 minutes per month in the first three months of 2012.
