In the reporting period, the revenue of the company made up 6.03 billion soums and prime cost exceeded 544.82 million soums.

Gross profit from realization reached 5.485 billion soums. Other income from main activity was 165.37 million soums.

Income from financial activity exceeded 3.367 billion soums, while expenses from financial activities – 3.233 billion soums.

Assets of Uzbek Leasing International A.O. JV CJSC reached 38.98 billion soums, of which 27.776 billion soums were long-term assets and 12.207 billion soums – current assets.

The charter capital made up 218.4 million soums. Long term liabilities comprised 17.48 billion soums and current liabilities – 9.07 billion soums

Uzbek Leasing international A.O. was founded in line with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan from 5 January 2010. Shareholders of the company are National Bank for Foreign Economic Relations of Uzbekistan (35%), Maybank of Malaysia (35%), EBRD (15%) and International Finance Corporation (15%).
