In the reporting period, the revenue from service sales made up 3.67 billion soums, which is up 37.9% year-on-year.

Gross revenue from realization reached 3.618 billion soums. Revenue from main activity comprised 1.959 billion soums and from financial activity – 2.585 billion soums.

Assets of Uzbek Leasing International made up 27.797 billion soums, of which 18.918 billion soums were long-term assets and 8.879 billion soums – current assets.

Charter capital of the company comprised 218.4 million soums. Long-term liabilities of Uzbek Leasing International reached 14.28 billion soums and current liabilities – 3.078 billion soums.

The company carried out 75 leasing deals in 2009, which is 39% more compared to 2008. The company issued 16.392 billion soums to carry out leasing deals in 2009, which is up 9.5% year-on-year.

Aggregate lasing portfolio of Uzbek Leasing International A.O. grew by 31.3% year-on-year in 2009 and made up 25.118 billion soums as of 1 January 2009.

Uzbek Leasing international A.O. was founded in line with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan from 5 January 2010. Shareholders of the company are National Bank for Foreign Economic Relations of Uzbekistan (35%), Maybank of Malaysia (35%), EBRD (15%) and International Finance Corporation (15%).
