Revenue from sales of services fell from 1.369 billion soums in 2009 to 1.064 billion soums in 2010. Expenses of the period decreased from 806.15 million soums to 691.29 million soums in the reporting period.

Other income from financial activity fell from 538.19 million soums in 2009 to 284.1 million soums in 2010. Expenses from financial activity decreased from 490.03 million soums to 159.38 million soums in the reporting period.

The assets of Qurilish-lizing made up 14.569 billion soums in 2010 against 10.07 billion soums in 2009. Long-term assets grew from 4.33 billion soums in 2009 to 6.87 billion soums in 2010. Current assets grew from 5.74 billion soums to 7.7 billion soums in the reporting period.

The company’s own capital slipped from 6.74 billion soums to 6.28 billion soums in the reporting period. At the same time, the charter capital made up 4.4 billion soums in 2010 against 3.968 billion soums in 2009. Undistributed income fell from 1.093 billion soums in 2009 to 692.598 million soums in 2010.

Liabilities of the company grew from 3.33 billion soums to 8.287 billion soums in the reporting period, the document said.

Qurilish-Lizing, company working in leasing industry, was created in line with the decision of the Cabinet of Minister of Uzbekistan “On introducing renting and leasing services into capital construction system” from 23 October 2003. The company leases construction equipment and mechanisms to construction and contractor organizations.
