Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of the Uzeltehsanoat Association is in the Republic of Turkiye.

The delegation, headed by Deputy Chairman of the Uzeltehsanoat Association Jahangir Jamalov and Director of the Eltech Industrial Technopark Ilkhomkhoja Nabiyev, held a meeting with the Chairman of the Industrial Zone 1 of the Ankara Chamber of Industry Niyazo Akdash.

At the meeting, the Uzbek side was provided with detailed information about the activities of the industrial zone 1 of the Ankara Chamber of Industry, the enterprises located in it and their long-term plans.

In turn, representatives of Uzbekistan briefed the leadership of the Chamber of Industry on the activities of the Uzeltehsanoat Association, the industrial zones being created in the country and the opportunities provided by the government for business.

The main topic of the negotiations was the development of free economic zones in Uzbekistan, in particular, the joint attraction of Turkish companies to the Eltech Industrial technology park. Both sides expressed interest in establishing mutually beneficial cooperation.

The official visit of the delegation of Uzbekistan led by the Uzeltehsanoat Association to the Republic of Turkiye will continue.
