Mirzakamol Kamalov netted the first of his two goals six minutes into the restart to make it 1-1 only to see Berdyev restore advantage for Yuri Sarkisyan’s (pictured) side three minutes later.
Levan Mdivnishvili (73) and Kamalov (89) added a goal each later to ensure full points for Andijan.
Neftchi are fifth in the 16-team standings with 33 points, 36 less than leaders Bunyodkor after 23 rounds with two games in hand.
