NBU Invest Group to increase charter capital by 30bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Shareholders of open joint stock company NBU Invest Group adopted decision on increasing charter capital by 30 billion soums through placement of additional shares.
In line with the decision of the shareholders, NBU Invest Group will place 240,000 ordinary shares with par value of 125,000 soums each. Total sum of the issue is 30 billion soums.
Shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription to the National Bank for Foreign Economic Relations of Uzbekistan.
