Center for development and introduction of computer and information technologies UZINFOCOM and infoCOM.uz magazine organized the festival. The State Committee for Communication, Information and Telecommunication Technologies provides official support to the event.

The festival will be held in Uzbekistan from 15 August to 22 September. It is planned to announce the winners of the festival on 22 September 2014 at the ceremony at Youth Create Palace.

The festival is aimed at popularizing internet among population of Uzbekistan, assisting to development of national content, expanding use of Uzbek language in internet, promoting historic, cultural and national traditions of people of Uzbekistan.

All existing websites, registered in UZ domain zone, can participate at the festival. Members of jury, website owners and any other person can offer website through the website of festival - www.if.uz.

The festival will have ten topical nominations. The organizers will organize jury, which will assess the websites.

The websites, which claimed top three places in each nomination, will be awarded with prizes and diploma of the festival.
