The game appeared to be heading for a draw but Boskovic's intervention saw them stay two points clear of Pakhator who beat Olmaliq courtesy of Sherzodbek Karimov's strike 14 minutes from time. Bunyodkor have already claimed their fourth successive title but today they went down to only their third defeat of the season when Alisher Mahmudov scored the only goal in the game with Navbakhor.

Neftchi remain fourth after a 0-0 draw at Metallurg Bekabad but they are just a point ahead of Mash'al who beat Shurtan Guzar 2-1. Shakhboz Erkinov put Shurtan ahead with a 19th-minute penalty before the hosts responded through Muhammadiev (53) and Batyr Kadyrkulov (65).

Sarmarqand-Dynamo are still in relegation danger after a 2-1 defeat at Bukhara. Jasur Khasanov (20) and Arturas Fomenka (80) put the hosts two goals ahead and although Ivan Nagaev pulled one back (82), the strugglers could not find an equaliser.

Bottom side Sogdiana drew 1-1 with Andijan. Bahrom Goziev put Andijan ahead with Bahodyr Pardaev getting a last-minute equaliser for the already relegated hosts.
