Narin is a national meal, which is mainly prepared in holidays. Narin is actually noodles with meat. It looks ease to prepare, but there are tens of secrets of cooking it.
Team of cooks led by the President of National Chefs Guild of Russia Alexander Filin and famous Uzbek chef and honourable member of Uzbekistan Chefs Association Hakim Ganiev prepared the narin.
Celebrities, politicians, businesspeople, representatives of sport and culture, and astronauts participated in the final stage of the works on preparing narin. They cut meat and noodles.
Among them were singers Aziza and Natalya Nurmuhamedova, astronaut Georgiy Grechko, TV anchors Anna Shatilova and Vladimir Gomelskiy, athlete Aleksander Nevsky, actor Aleksander Pyatkov, businessman Vladimir Ruga, and others.
Director-general of agency Interrecord Vlad Kopylev recorded the achievement and prepared documents for its registration to the Guinness records book. The world record – 502 kg – was registered by Vlad Kopylev.
At the end of the event, all guests of the tea house Kazan had chance to taste narin.
