From 1 November 2011, MTS Uzbekistan offers its subscribers, who actively calls abroad, to use updated service Blizkiyi Strani and call to the CIS state (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldavia, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine) and Georgia at the price of US$0.25 per minute.

Nuriddin Shadmanov, deputy director-general of MTS Uzbekistan on commerce, said that the subscribers can make more calls to their friends and relatives in the CIS with the service Blizkiyi Strani.

The activation fee is US$0.05. the subscription base for subscribers with online billing is US$0.02 per day and offline billing – US$0.6 per month.

The service is available for all subscribers of Uzdunrobita, excluding subscribers to tariff plans RED Basic, RED Night, RED Light, Time Basic, Time Light.
