In April, the operator launched 3G roaming with Si.mobil (Slovenia), Bakcell (Azerbaijan), STC (Saudi Arabia), Network (Norway), Nawras (Oman). It is worth to note that the data transfer speed in 3G network (HSDPA) can reach up to 3.6 mbit/s. Currently, MTS-Uzbekistan can use 3G roaming in the network of 63 operators in the world.

The operator said it has signed agreement on GPRS roaming with 17 companies to increase total number of partners to 128 operators in 82 countries.

International voice roaming is also available in the networks of TATADOCOMO (India), Zain (Saudi Arabia), Vodafone (Faroe Islands) and Digicel (Fiji). Currently, MTS Uzbekistan has roaming agreements with 326 operates in 173 states.
