Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The General Director of the Chinese company CAMC Engineering, Li Taixin, is in Tashkent. Today, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Sports regarding the current state of the Olympic village, which is being built for the Tashkent 2025 Asian Youth Games, and its effective use in the future.
The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan Adham Ikramov. It was also attended by the NOC Secretary General Oybek Kasimov and industry experts.
The sises discussed the current state of construction work and the project for the construction of two more additional buildings (a medical center and a hotel for 400 people). Adham Ikramov noted that our state fully supports the construction of this complex, and all necessary assistance is being provided for continuous construction work.
Mr. Li noted that bilateral cooperation is also beneficial for the Chinese company and that he would be only too happy to continue the partnership and implement new projects in the future.
During the meeting, Oybek Kasimov made a presentation on the organizational structure of the Tashkent-2025 directorate and its activities. During the meeting, those in charge were given additional recommendations to speed up construction work, as well as optimize the design of additional buildings and entertainment areas for visitors.
