The Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications was entrusted to develop a long-term concept for the development of information technology and communications .

During the meeting, the sides discussed possibility of McKinsey & Company’s participation in development of the concept of development of the sphere, in particular, the study of international best practices for implementation of long-term strategies for the development of ICT.

The developed concept should cover such areas as telecommunications infrastructure, e-government, information security, innovation, mail, logistics and e-commerce, as well as education, training and retraining of personnel.
