The document was signed at the end of the meeting between the Minister for Development of Information Technologies and Communications Sherzod Shermatov and Chief Executive Officer of SCE Kong Wu Moon.

During the meeting, the Uzbek side briefed the guest on state and development of the e-government system in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The sides exchanged views on establishing cooperation on a wide range of issues in the ICT sphere.

As a result of the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed. The parties agreed to cooperate on development of strategic directions for further development and improvement of e-government in the Republic of Uzbekistan, improvement of regulatory and legal regulation of the ICT sphere, optimization of administrative procedures related to the provision of public services to the population, etc.
