The draft law was prepared to increase efficiency of activity and development motor transport system of the country, rational use of existing motor transport fund, decreasing non-production expenses, as well as raising competitiveness in market economy.

The draft law envisages opportunity to denationalize and privatize of vehicles fleets of military type.

After discussions, MPs approved the concept of the draft law and passed the document in the first reading.
