Microcreditbank OJSC registered prospectus of emission of shares at the Centre for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan.

In line with the emission, the bank will place about 38.576 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,023.96 soums. Total sum of the emission on par value makes up about 39.5 billion soums.

The shares will be placed on open subscription. At the same time, about 25% shares of the emission will be placed through Uzbekistan Stock Exchange “Tashkent”.
