The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the bank on 21 December 2012.

Within the emission, Microcreditbank will issue 37,453,184 ordinary shares with par value of 1,068 soums each. Total sum of issue is over 40 billion soums.

The bank said that the shares of the emission will be placed on open subscription and at least 25% of them will be placed via Uzbekistan Stock Exchange “Tashkent”.
