Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Acting First Deputy Minister of Health of Uzbekistan Davron Sultanov met with a delegation led by Grzegorz Czesak, President of Poland’s Office for Registration of Medical Devices, Medical Equipment, and Biocides.
The discussions focused on cooperation under the memorandum between the Center for Pharmaceutical Product Safety of Uzbekistan and the Polish national regulatory authority, as well as plans for implementing a "roadmap" in the pharmaceutical sector.
Grzegorz Czesak noted Uzbekistan’s progress in producing competitive pharmaceuticals and emphasized the importance of the Center for Pharmaceutical Product Safety in ensuring the population has access to safe medications. He also praised the investment opportunities in the "Tashkent Pharma Park" cluster.
Both parties agreed to further develop cooperation and to effectively carry out the tasks outlined in the "roadmap."
