Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 8 October, 2024, Bahromjon A’loev, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, held a series of meetings with ambassadors and chargés d'affaires of foreign states, including Ahmed Farooq (Pakistan), Muhammad Al-Dhaheri (UAE), Yousef Al-Otaibi (Saudi Arabia), Khalid Al-Mutairat (Kuwait), Hassan Hamza Hashim (Qatar), Wafa Al-Busaidi (Oman), Mohamed Irki (Algeria), and Mohammad Ali Eskandari (Iran).
During the talks, the parties reviewed the successful cooperation over the past nine months and outlined strategic plans for 2024-2025. The primary focus was on strengthening trade and economic ties, conducting regular political consultations, and coordinating efforts on the international stage.
Important agreements were reached on holding joint events and meetings of the commission on trade and economic cooperation, as well as continuing active work to deepen partnerships in various fields.
